Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within the first seven (7) days of your initial purchase. Beyond this period, all purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, in exceptional cases, we may choose to cancel a transaction and provide a refund. You can cancel your subscription anytime. This cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription term. Except for refunds during the initial seven-day period, no partial refunds will be given for the ongoing subscription period. To cancel, email [email protected]. If you cancel, you'll have access to the services until the end of the current period, after which your account will be inaccessible. Documents in your account will be deleted one month post the end of the active subscription.
