REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of Postlabs.ai and the immediate, unrecoverable costs associated with generating AI content (such as API usage and server processing), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any initial purchases, subscription renewals, or unused time.

By subscribing to our service and initiating content generation, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current active billing period. You will continue to have full access to the services until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for the ongoing subscription period. To cancel, you can manage your subscription directly in your account settings or email us at info@postlabs.ai. Documents and data in your account will be deleted one month post the end of the active subscription.
